Our Repair Process

Once you have contacted your insurance company, you can bring your vehicle to our facility. Although, if your vehicle cannot  be driven safely, we can help you make arrangements to have it towed. The following information listed will inform you of our repair procedures.

 

1.  Damage Appraisal Prepared

  • Vehicle owner signs Direction to Pay/Repair Authorization
  • Await Insurance approval

2.  Estimated Completion Date Provided

  • Schedule vehicle for repair
  • Disassemble and reinspect
  • Order parts electronically
  • If additional parts/labor is needed after disassemble, a supplement report is then written
  • Await Supplement approval
  • Order additional parts if necessary

3.  Vehicle Owner is Updated on Completion Date

  • Vehicle is setup and measured on our Unibody repair equipment
  • Structural repair is made
  • Body repair is completed/new panels are prepared and installed
  • Corrosion protection is then applied
  • All the metal work is the inspected

4.  Vehicle Owner is Updated on Scheduled Completion

  • Vehicle is cleaned and tacked
  • Vehicle is prepped, primed, and then blocked
  • Vehicle is then blown clean with air, masked and taped, and placed in the spray booth
  • Multi-step paint/clear refinishing process is then applied
  • Vehicle reassembly, air conditioning, wheel alignment, detailing, final inspection, and test drive

5.  Confirmed Delivery Date Given
